Our Story
Since 2012
History of the Studio
We began in a single rented room, redrawing one client's kitchen by hand because the brief they'd been given didn't fit how they actually lived. That small correction became the whole practice: spaces built around daily use, not just the photograph. A decade on, the studio has grown, but every project still starts the same way — in the room, with the people who'll live there.
What we do
Mission
A home should hold its own quietly, without needing to be explained. We design interiors that feel inevitable once finished — light, material, and layout working together so the house does less asking and more giving back, one ordinary morning at a time.

Our Journey

The studio opens
Founded above a joinery workshop with two drafting tables and a single residential client — a full house in need of light.
First flagship project
A ground-up townhouse renovation became our calling card — the first project we photographed, published, and pointed to.
Growing the team
We brought on our first associate designers and moved into a proper studio — room enough for a material library of our own.
Recognised in the trade
Our first industry award, for a hospitality interior that leaned on reclaimed materials and a restrained palette.
Working abroad
Our first international commission took the studio to a coastal villa — the beginning of a practice without borders.
Where we stand now
A studio of fourteen, working across residential and hospitality projects — still drafting by hand before anything else.
